Then They All Visited CLT!!

We've had a great couple weeks with almost the entire Kelley clan!

Sue, Maureen, Carrie & Kali came to visit and we had a great time. Emma loved meeting her aunties and cousins. (I can't believe that was the first time y'all met - I'm a terrible family member!) And she loved following Kali around! Had fun showing Sue around CLT and hopefully convincing her that it is a much better place to live then Greensboro!

Emma and I played with rocks while everyone else toured the house :-)

Then Emma and I headed down to Ft. Walton Beach to visit Sherry & the rest of the Hessenius clan.
Emma loved the beach!
Then mom & I drove back to CLT and dad met us here to celebrate the 4th. Had a good time. I made them celebrate their 33rd anniversary at the zoo :-)
And Sunday Sarah, Lenny, Molly & Nathaniel came to visit. We had a fun time hanging out chatting. Emma loved playing with her cousins.

Sue, Maureen, Carrie, & Kali came to Greensboro!

We were the third stop on Sue's East Coast Tour! We only got to see everyone for a couple of hours on Father's Day but it was alot of fun. We had a fabulous dinner and saw a great play. The play was so funny I actually saw Maureen & Sue laugh so hard they cried...lol. Unfortunally I dont have any pics to share, but we cant wait to see them again!!!

Jay, you are a regular bad-ass!

"Head out on the highway"...We took a fall color ride through upper Michigan to enjoy all the changing of the leafs and stopped in front of this beautiful orange hardwood for a photo op. The weather was a little cool so we had on our leathers.

Justin does a pre-flight inspection before heading out over Ft. Myers.

A little town near us has a winter festival each year that we like to go to. The town is a replica of a Bavarian Village with German brew pubs and restaurants. Each February they have an international Ice Carving Festival. It was about 7 degrees this year when we went with about 2 feet of snow on the ground. After a couple of hours outside looking at all the carvings it's nice to go inside for a hot drink and to thaw out. Here is Sherry bundled up for a walk around town.
